The staff are polite, kind, caring. Dr. Smith has your interest at heart. If there are problems, for treatment he will give options (if there are any), explains in detail and expands on the pros and cons. Ten let you choose how you wish to proceed. He truly cares how you feel.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was very nice and took time to explain procedures and gave me the cost of said procedures before they did them so I had a chance to decline. The office is very clean and they have a selection of water in the waiting room. I didn’t get to stay there long because they called me back within a few minutes of arriving. Something I really appreciated was stopping and going to the restroom mid procedure, since I really had to go. Normally I would have just suffered in discomfort but they made me feel comfortable enough to ask during a quick pause. I guess that’s the main reason for the 5 stars–They made me feel comfortable. There is even a TV on the ceiling so you can watch while they work. Will definitely be going back!!

I was terrified to go to the Dentist as I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia! Dr Z and his staff have been nothing but AMAZING with me!! I actually feel so much better having healthy teeth and gums thanks to Dr Z!! I have been to so many specialists that all refused me treatment due to my TN and Dr Z never hesitated!!
